The Oncology Fusion-Gene Variant Assay is a qualitative in vitro diagnostic assay that uses hybrid capture-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology to detect gene fusions in 150 tumor-related genes from FFPE tissue samples of patients with solid tumors, enabling comprehensive treatment decisions for cancer patients.
The assay is able to detect gene fusions or rearrangements across 150 key genes, covering those recommended by NCCN/ESMO guidelines, expert consensus, and clinical trials.
FFPE tissue ≥40ng.
As high as 3 copies/ng.
Full coding regions (150 genes) + UTR regions (57 genes).
