Gene⁺GIN Sonics8P Ultrasonicator
Gene⁺GIN Sonics8P Ultrasonicator
The GIN Sonics8P Ultrasonicator adopts adaptive cylindrical ultrasonic (ACU™) technology for treatment of nucleic acid, chromatin and cultured cells, and precisely adjust the nucleic acid fragmentation size by tuning acoustic parameters.
Product Advantages

Applications of GIN Sonics8P Ultrasonicator

- DNA/RNA for NGS. Shearing chromatin for ChIP-Seq.
- Process cells or tissue samples for nucleic acid extraction.
- Process cells or tissue samples for protein extraction.
Performance
Fragmentation effect
The figure on the left shows the effect of DNA fragmentation using a commonly used 8-tube. The fragment size is stable at 150–300 bp.
