Dual-Use Panel
The same panel for both FFPE tissue and liquid biopsy samples.
The Preferred Choice for Precision Oncology Medication
The Oncology 188-Gene Variant Assay is a qualitative in vitro diagnostic assay that uses hybrid capture-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) to detect variants in 188 tumor-related genes from both FFPE tissue and liquid biopsy samples, enabling personalized treatment decisions for multiple solid tumor types. The assay detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions and deletions (InDels), gene rearrangements and fusions, copy number variations (CNVs), and microsatellite instability (MSI) status.

The same panel for both FFPE tissue and liquid biopsy samples.

FFPE tissue ≥30 ng; ctDNA ≥15 ng.

2% VAF for FFPE tissue and 0.2% VAF for liquid biopsy (hotspot).
