Comprehensive detection
Supports simultaneous detection of SNV, InDel, CNV, gene fusions/rearrangements, HRR, TMB and MSI.
One of China’s first large NGS panels
The 1021-Gene Variant Assay is a comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) panel for pan-cancer that uses hybrid capture-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology to detect variants in 1021 tumor-related genes from FFPE tissue and liquid biopsy samples, enabling personalized treatment decisions for multiple solid tumor types.
The assay is able to detect single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (indels), gene rearrangements/fusions, copy number variations (CNVs), tumor mutational burden (TMB) score, and microsatellite instability (MSI) status.

Supports simultaneous detection of SNV, InDel, CNV, gene fusions/rearrangements, HRR, TMB and MSI.
Detects variants at VAF as low as 2% for FFPE tissue and 0.5% for liquid biopsy.
Combine with HRD for PARP inhibitor response evaluation. Combine with RNA for multi-dimensional profiling.
